Upvault Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all one-time purchases of Upvault software made through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

Upvault is a digitally delivered desktop software application. Because license keys and download access are provided electronically upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final once the license has been activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • License key has not been activated — refund request submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate payment — same product charged more than once by mistake.
  • Technical failure — the product does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • License key has been activated or the application has been launched and used.
  • Change of mind after activation.
  • Incompatibility with third-party services not listed in system requirements.
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements before purchase.

3. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This right is waived once you activate your license key or launch the application, as digital content delivery and performance have begun at your explicit request.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] within the applicable timeframe. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the reason for your request.

Approved refunds will be processed by Lemon Squeezy within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional dispute fees as outlined in Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
